Timesheet distribution is automated and designed to interact with the site supervisors to confirm staffing levels and hours. Timesheet collection is managed and amendments applied on an exception basis, thereby reducing the data entry workload.

Templa-CMS can support automatic import of electronic timesheet data capture.

During pay run preperation, a 360 degree view of all sites and employees is presented, with cost type and value analysis. Actual vs Budget is displayed for all cost types; gross pay, NI, tax, holiday, etc. variances are immediatly highlighted with colour-coding for focus to analyse or correct.

Further analysis offers review using a top-down approach, interrogating staff costs across the company's reporting structure. For example, wage variance analysis by division, region or area manager is available at a glance.

Templa-CMS will accrue staff Holiday entitlement automatically and accurately assign payment costs against all an employee's sites, ensuring true contract costs are reflected at all times.

The approved pay run finishes processing with the click of a button. Templa-CMS passes the data to the Payroll for completion of the statutory processing. Payment is effected and payslips generated to show full employee work details.
