Primedia Broadcasting are South Africa's largest privately owned radio group, operating four highly prestigious regional radio stations across the country. Knuaf Drywall is one of the leading plasterboard manufacturers and distributors in the UK and a key member of the Knauf Group who operate from Germany across the world in 59 countries. Templa formed a unique relationship with Knauf Drywall in the 80s, where we have taken full responsibility for core operational and financial software solutions across their business.

Alan Turner - Finance Director - says: "Templa were originally introduced to me when we undertook a review of financial accounting systems, as we had to move away from our German hosted solution. Templa has helped us come from an initial stage of standalone ledgers to now with fully integrated telesales, stock management, purchase order management, billing, rebate processing, workflow, EDI trading and much, much more."

With a telesales team serving the UK & Ireland building supplies industry, Templa has designed a fully interactive sales environment, where complex product supply and pricing is handled on a 'one touch' basis. Customer order receipt and billing through EDI or XML, and delivery integration to leading nationwide hauliers' systems, extends the integration out to the supply chain.

"Most recently, we have engaged Templa in a full requirements gathering, specification and development project that will now bring the management of our two UK factories into our established integrated environment", says Paul Walton, Business Systems Manager. He continues, "Factory.NET will provide total management control of staff, production assets, planning and statistics, together with quality and recipe management for all production areas."
