Templa-CMS is designed with dynamic integration to two UK-based off-the-shelf accounting packages;   Access Dimensions from the Access Group and Sage 50 from Sage plc.  Access Dimensions is a fully-featured mid-market accounting package, providing not just a few ledgers or payroll, but a complete finance application with over 40 modules to choose from.  Sage 50 has its success in working with smaller companies who require less functionality.

Templa-CMS shares customers, suppliers, employees, tax and NI tables, plus nominal and VAT analysis, held and maintained within the accounts and payroll packages.

Sales and operations know about customer, supplier and employee status immediately, for example, if a customer is put on-stop by the finance team for non-payment, the whole system is aware as it shares the same information.

Financial P&Ls, TBs and management reports all offer drilldown to source transactions, from where contract details are available.
